Workshop city makers conference AIR 2023
During a walking tour between a number of ‘listening points’ in Rotterdam’s city centre, visitors to the city makers’ conference learnt to use sound to assess the quality of the living environment. The target group mainly consisted of architects, developers and civil servants.
Afterwards, they had a better understanding of the concepts of sound experience and soundscaping. The workshop also offered starting points for integrating sound perception into urban area development.
