On 11 October 14:30, Soundtrackcity organises in cooperation with OBA CC Amstel the audio walk ‘Sounds and stories from the Diamantbuurt’. In this walk, residents of the Diamantbuurt talk about the sounds they hear in their neighbourhood and in their homes. What do the streets of the Diamantbuurt sound like? Are there special sounds to be heard? Theatre maker Pomme Willemse and sound artist Max van der Wal rang the doorbells of people in the neighbourhood and interviewed them about their sound experiences. Experience this special neighbourhood with your own ears.
Follow-up conversation
After the audio walk, we will discuss the sounds we heard with a cup of coffee and tea and talk about our own sound experiences in our daily lives.
